    The ones that will effect you the most and the ones that have the earliest deadline. If you have a boss, make sure you make him top priority and delegate everything else.

      I think you need to account for when items are due first. Meaning if you're juggling 5 things at the same time, some of the items that need an answer are quicker than others. So you build a time line in your head, which items are needed first.
