    Can I Access My Medical Records And Copy Then?

    I am out of state and want to get my medical records it is taking to long to get here.

    You have a right to have a copy of any medical record you have. To obtain them go to whatever doctor or hospital and explain that you want a copy and they have to give it to you. Some places will require you to fill out and a sign a release form and some will make you pay the cost of copying but that is all there is to it.
