    Do I Get A K1 Visa And Get Married Here Or Do I Marry Her There And Then Get A K3 Visa To Bring Her Over. Which Takes The Least Time?

    I am a US citizen and going to get married to a girl in India. I want to bring her to the US the fastest method. I would like her to work here in the US as well, but more priority to bring her over.

    DO we submit papers here in the US ?. Can i bring her over as soon as we get married and show papers at the airport?
