I lack of sexual desire and I think that is due to low testosterone level.

Low levels of testosterone are responsible for decrease in libido. One of the low reasons of low levels of testosterone is depression and anxiety. Because depression and anxiety affect the gonadotropin levels which affect the testosterone production. Get test of your testosterone levels and get supplemental therapy if levels are reduced.
