We own a 30 year old mobile home and lot. Owe $22,000. Home equity loan is there any way we can get a loan for a new manufactured home. We are both on disability

I'm reading this as the only amount you owe on the mobile home is $22,000. Is that correct? I believe it would depend on the value of your mobile home and lot. If there is reasonable equity above the $22,000 then you should be able to finance a manuf. Home. Contact your bank, or another bank, and have them run the figures for you - it shouldn't cost anything.
