    As A Teacher, Should The Students In School Be Taught About The Word Of God Or Jesus Christ?

    I ask this question because i am a pre-teen and i go 2 church and it would be nice 2 go 2 school and learn about the word of God and to be able 2 talk about him.What these teachers teach in school are good but we all know curse words and my teach said the d-word in front of the classroom.Look i hope and pray the devil doesnt take our youth because we are the only ones who can change this world. Please think about this and the worlds youth. Thank you etachc.

    Yes they should be taught only when the class is not divided into different religious groups. If the students have one religion only, they should be taught the word of God or to that matter Jesus Christ.

      I strongly agree that religion should also be taught to students especially during grades school and high school provided that the students have the same religion. I once become a teacher and i observed that not religion subject will really help a lot on inculcating values to children. Yes! Go for Religion Subjects!! Good luck and God bless!!! (^_^)

      Etachc: I like your username. Sounds like a public school issue. It will be tough getting away from some words heard from teachers in some schools. Even in Christian schools you may hear a word 'slip' along the way but probably not as often. Sounds like you have some good values. These 'extra' words we hear do not add any more meaning to a sentence. I heard from one person that they are used only to 'sound' more impressive. Teaching the Word of God in a public school today is tough or illegal....even though we all learned the English language using the verses in the Bible a long time ago. You would have to have a special class on religions or history of religions. That class would have to include other Faiths as well to be fair. You have a positive attitude and I hope you choose good friends with the same. If you become president some day you will have my vote. Kudos.
