Which Is Better For Your Health, Fruit Or Vegetables?

    It depends upon your health and need that what is better for your health? are they fruits or vegetables? In fact if doctor advised you to eat fruits then fruits are better for you. And vegetables can also be better for you in certain cases.  

    For example, there are many vegetables which are rich in their ingredients. And they contain basic food elements. Like iron, sugar, different acids. And the same case is with the fruits as well. There are many fruits which have rich ingredients in them. For example you can consider apple, which is a fruit, but it is so rich in its elements that it is said that an apple in a day keeps the doctor away. So you must understand it that both are good. I mean fruits are good and vegetables are also good.

    And we must take both to maintain our health. In this way, you can understand the importance of both i.e. you can tell anybody that fruits are good and vegetables also have many benefits in them. No one of them is bad. Only when you're facing some health problem then in this case you must follow your doctor's advice, and if he stops you from having some fruit and vegetable then you should avoid it. But it is only for time being. As soon as you will recover you can have fruits and vegetables after asking your doctor. I hope it is clear.

      Both fruits and vegetables are best for us. You cannot justify the properties of one before the other. So, it is better to go for both of them instead of one. Well it is a biological truth that both contain more or less same stuff but still we discriminate between them due to their taste and other eating habits. This is a fact that both are enriched in vitamins, minerals, salts, organic and inorganic stuff and water. So we should go for both of them. It is good to cook vegetables before we eat them. But it is not always important to cook fruits too. We may eat them as they are. They should be fresh.
      Their freshness is a plus point which is undeniable. We should take fruits and their juices too. We may take juices of vegetables as well. All of these things are nice for us so we should not avoid any of them. Go ahead for both of them! Hope you must agree with me because  have justified the importance of both things at a time.

      Both of them are healthy, because they are fresh, but fruits contain more sugar than vegetables, all of them must be washed well.
