What Causes Seizures?

    Seizures generally take place in a very unpredictable way. It can generally happened due to tremendous stress, lack of sleep, watching irregular or strobe lights, low blood sugar, too much drinking of alcohol, certain medications, hormonal changes and illness. It takes place without even any kind of triggering event. It is not necessary that change in behaviour is seizure and also that not all seizures have epilepsy. Those you are into antiepilepsy medication and if manages to miss a dose then that is the most known seizure trigger.

    Some of the seizure triggers reported are stress, lack of sleep, infection, malnourishment or dehydration, unnecessary drinking, irregular or strobe lights, Certain medications, retreating from an addictive drug (including alcohol) and High Fevers (in children).
