The best way to sell your puppies is to place an ad in your local newspaper. There are websites where you can place ads to sell your puppies, and you will need to provide some pictures.
Placing an ad in the newspaper may be better though as you can be sure that someone local will take an interest and perhaps selling to someone locally will reassure you that the puppy will be going to a good home.
Also, why not try selling them to your friends and family? These are people that you can trust, and you can be sure that the puppies will be well looked after. Also, if you sell your puppies to friends or family than it saves you the cost of having to place the advert in the newspaper, as these can be quite expensive.
