Should I Exercise Muscles Every Day?

    You should not exercise the same muscles everyday, it is unhealthy. I will work out my upper body muscles one day, then do my lower body muscles the next day, and alternate everyday.

      You should engage in exercise every day and try to make it interesting by mixing it up which is better for your body and your mind.

        IT is good to exercise every day but to mix up the muscle groups so you don't overdo it. But cardio, for at least 30 minutes, is good for the heart daily (or so I've been told) and stretching is a good way to keep muscles limber.
