Are you talking about workers' compensation or sickness? If workers' compensation, in PA, you can file a claim and, if not eligible, can request an alternate base year. See my web site at www.botweetyunemployment.com for more info. If it's sickness and you are able and available for work, you may be eligible if you have enough credits in the base year. File and see.
