I am new to Blurtit and would like to ask question about how somebody can differentiate between plan monitoring and plan supervision.

Monitoring is a repeated assessment of a program to ensure that the program is being implemented correctly. It differs from supervision in that monitoring is concerned with aspects of the program that can be counted where as supervision deals with the performance of the people working in the program.
Therefore plan monitoring is to plan your monitoring skills for a project and plan supervision is the looking after of your people in the project.
