The best thing you can do is go to your doctor, or if you live in the UK, go to a GUM clinic (gyno-urinary medi), because you need to get tested for STD's. You are more likely to be affected by chlamydia than by the actual rape.
I suspect that (ignore me if I'm wrong) you know the guy who raped you, and that he knew very well that you had recently had an operation. Unfortunately, there are a lot of nasty men in the world who treat their partners like this, and if this is the case for you, you should give some really serious thought to escaping from this situation.
Whether I'm wrong or right, have you thought of looking for a support group for your situation? Or some kind of help? There are plenty of organisations set up to help and advise victims of rape, and your doctor will be able to advise you as well as maybe examine you and make sure you have not been physically damaged. You are very young, and I hope you have someone close to you, a mum, sister or best friend, who can accompany you and give you some moral support.
