    It depends if the parents are both homozygous for the blue eye trait, or if they are heterozygous

        The blue eye allele is recessive, meaning both parents must have blue-blue eyes and not blue-green eyes. Therefore I would say its not possible, correct me if I'm wrong :)

        This isn't a scientific answer, but both my parents have true-blue eyes, and my little brother has green-blue eyes, exactly like my mom's brother. So I'd say yes.
