    Should Contractors That Don't Get Jobs Done Be Charge With Grand Theft?

    When you send employees to do a job and you think it is done should you be charged with grand theft as a contractor or should you have to pay the money back with out criminal charges after you have been in business for 8 yrs in same town

    said, contractors with delayed tasks to the extent of non existent work
    definitely pose a serious damage to the contracting party. Moreover when
    such lazy doers are in business in that place for more than 8 years, they
    should really be made punished in terms of penalties along with the money
    back terms.
