Did you know that the black plague was caused by a bacteria which was carried by rats, and the fleas those rats were carrying transmitted the bacteria into humans when they jumped onto them to feed???
The flea can carry bacteria and viruses, but chances are most of the illnesses you could potentially contract from a flea you won't. We have so many vaccines throughout our lives, and humans are immune to alot of those diseases. So don't stress. If you are showing signs of an illness after a flea bite, I suggest contacting your doctor to get help. They may find something, or you could just be panicking. So good luck!
