No you shouldn't fake your orgasms that would be disrespectful and dishonest to your partner communication is the key don't forget that if your not feeling it  tell your partner what does and doesn't feel good and it would help you if you want to orgasm try masturbating on your own and when you feel a rush through your body its a real orgasm so once you know more less what pleases you tell your partner lead them through it

No, dont do that. If you cant get a Orgasm then talk with your friend or husband and tell him or go to the Dr.and ask him if he can give you something for that .

Well it all depends do you even be having orgasms why fake it does he not do something right? Thats the question i would ask myself

This is a very individual decision.  If you are on very good terms with whosoever you are having sex with and they can arouse you enough, you do not need to fake an orgasm, maybe you are not trying hard enough therefore not getting to that high and therefore you feel like faking an orgasm to please your partner.  You can do that once or twice when you are having a real good time to make him feel good.  But in the long run it is better to sit and explain to him that you do not get an orgasm, after which he would definitely try and arouse you in some manner.

You could also visit a doctor and take his advise faking an orgasm sometimes to keep your partner in a exhilarating mood is fine but in the long run you have to talk it out.

I wouldn't. You'll be sending the wrong message. And then he can't keep trying to find a way to make you have one. Trust me, i've been there. But you will know when you have one. It can't be described but it's a like a feeling of ecstasy.
