What Is The Great White Shark Habitat?

    The great white shark also known as Carcharodon carcharias, white pointer, white shark, or white death, is a very huge lamniform shark. It is mostly seen or perhaps found in the coastal surface water of all the oceans in the world. Name the ocean and they are right there!! There are also spotted in off the southern coasts of Australia, off South Africa, California, Mexico's Isla Guadalupe and to an extent in the Central Mediterranean and Adriatic Seas. And also the tropical waters like those of the Caribbean and has been recorded off Mauritius.

    They grow up to almost 6 meters (20 ft) and weigh around 2,000 kilograms (4,400 lb). It is also very well known as a predator fish. It thrives on existing species of its genus, Carcharodon.
