My Blood Group Is O+ & My Wife Is B+ But Child Group Is B- Is Possible?

Answer Question

Yes, the rhesus negative is recessive so it is possible that you and your wife both have a recessive negative gene and if the child inherited both of them then the child would be rhesus negative.

The B gene is dominant so for the child to be blood type B they would only need to inherit that from one parent ie. B from your wife and O from you = blood type B

The child is neg because u are both carrying the recessive neg allele and the child has inherited it from both of you.     Your child is B group but is Bo genotype ( because u can only pass on o.)  But because B is dominant to o  the o lies as a recessive.

No it cant be true. Recheck the blood groups. If it is true than sue the clinic where your son was born demanding compensation for changing the baby.
