do you mean the backround or the picture when you first turn on you computer, if you are talking about that i know how to get cool stuff.
1. You go to google images and type something you want
2.the you click on the image you llike and it should give you an option to see the pic larger
3.if you like your picture go back to the images and right click on your photo you chose
4.select set as desktop wallpaper
5.then you exit out or minimize google and your screen should show the picture chosen
6. If you do not like it you can pick another and do all the steps again
if you have and problems please tell me and i MIGHT be able to help

No i mean the hole thing. Like, wallpaper, sounds, color schemes, diverant pointers and icons. That is what thy call theme.( I make them i just wanted to get a new idea ).But thank you for your respons.
