    BPO means Business Process Outsources . It includes all the process like voice /non voice both, and transaction process in non voice and voice is inbound process.

      In a BPO, which involves voice and non-voice, the department which handles the core production or transaction is the Operations Department.
      An independent division may be set up which looks into the way the job has been done , calls have been taken, transactions have been processed relating it to the ideal with a set of parameters.These are judged by a team of people who have experience and have proved themselves in customer satisfaction. They analyse the calls/transactions and prepare guidelines to improve the way the work is being done in association with the Training Department.
