Based on information from the Times of India, January 31, 2007, the Counseling Dates for the EAMcet will be announced once the government issues a GO.
At that time the schedule for counseling for being admitted to the Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test is going to be announced. Perhaps you need to watch for the news in the Times of India.
There was a tentative date of June 27 for the EAMcet, but it appears a new date will be set. This article also mentioned there is a limited number of seats: 32 for university colleges; GO 33 for unaided non-minority colleges and GO34 for aided colleges.

EAMCET (Engineering Agricultural and Medical Common Entrance Test) is an entrance examination needed for applying to various Engineering and Medical colleges in the state of Andhra Pradesh, India. The JNTU (Jawaharlal Nehru Technology University), Hyderabad, situated in Andhra Pradesh, conducts the examination.
Eamcet-2007 will be held on May 4, 2007 by the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU). This time around, a proposal to introduce negative marking for the examination is being contemplated by the authorities. The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) chairman KC Reddy had quoted that the admission to pharmacy courses and engineering would commence from July 6 to August 20 2006. A notification to this effect was issued on June 28th. The seats of the colleges that were to get an affiliation with the All India Council of Technical College (AICTC) after June 30th were not included for counselling.
