Where Is The Festival Encore?

The Encore International Dance Festival and the Encore Dance on Tour are two annual prestigious dance festivals held in the province of Quebec in Canada. It is held in the city of Trois-Rivieres in Canada. The festival has grown in terms of both scale and audience every year since the inception of the festival in the year 1995.

The participants at the festival fly in to the province of Quebec mainly from all over Canada, the United States and the European countries. It does not matter which style of dancing they are proficient in, but all the participants take this event very seriously because they view it as the platform on which they could launch their careers in the performing arts.

The highlight of the Encore show is, undoubtedly, the gala performances. The gala performances are performances by artistes of international calibre. A wide variety of dances are given exposure and recognition through this festival. It completed a decade in the month of June 2005.
