    Why rewarding is difficult and ways to over come those difficulties?

    In my opinion it is not so difficult in rewarding the staff in a financial service company. But there are no measurements to figure out the service satisfaction of the customer.
    However the staff should be rewarded on the following criteria:
    - customer retention
    - relationship building
    - service satisfaction
    - after-sale service
