How Old Should U Be To Start Working Out?

    You can start "working out" at any age (jumping rope and jogging are two good aerobic, cardiovascular activities) As far as lifting weights, you have to be very careful. There are growth plated on the ends of your bones that can be easily damaged until you have matured (late teens) If you must lift weights, start with very low amounts (5-10 lbs) and just do more reps

      There is no certain age. Even little kids are working out whether they know it or not b/c they are always playing outside burning calories.
