Frogs basically are carnivores and usually eat other creatures like bug, worms, flies, they enjoy eating cricket’s a lot, but they mostly prefer insects.

Frogs basically are amphibian coming from the arrangement Anura, earlier referred to as Salientia. Full grown frogs are usually typified by their long hind legs, short body, obtruding eyes and the lack of tail. Nearly all frogs live a semi-aquatic lifestyle, but can move about on land easily by jumping and climbing. They characteristically give their eggs in puddles, ponds or lakes, and their larvae, known as tadpoles.

The division of frogs vary from the tropical region to sub-artic regions, but a lot of species are found in tropical rainforest. On the other hand, population of particular frog species are considerably declining.

If you are wanting to feed a frog, remember that they see only things which are moving, so sadly for the food item (!) It has to be alive. Or, if you are very patient you can wiggle it very gently with a tooth pick or something like that so the frog thinks it is alive. Stay still yourself though or the frog will be too afraid of you to move itself.
