    Yes you are right the right option is D which is distributive Justice. Because the Plat manager is decision is in favor of every one. He is not thinking of himself or of company's benefit only. He is talking about every ones benefit. Like customers,employees,stockholders,and Departments benefits.

    Therefore Option D is the right choice.
