My Bi-Polar Scares Me I Fear Losing The One I Love Because Of My Actions? Can You Help?
Currently our relationship is going well ( great to be exact) but with one little flip that could all change she's very understanding and loving but I can't find a med that will really help me and I'm already on Serequel300mg at Night and 3mg Of KlonipinDaily

I hated seroquel it made my panic attacks worse and my mood swings were awful when I was on it. I really liked Abilify. You just have to take things one day at a time and try not to worry about tomorrow and it is so hard to do. Maybe you should talk with your doctor about it and maybe the meds don't need to be upped, but changed.

Thank you so much for your input I've been on everything you can think of and have been diagnosed "ADHD,Bi-Polar,Schizo Tendancies,Anxiety Disorder Panic/Sleep" blah blah and have lost years of my life as well as broken family relationships and I mean she loves me and I love her she is the greatest thing in the world I ean she is my best friend and I mean I get so scared...you know how I feel?
The problem with the antipsychotics, the anxiety drugs, etc. Is that they suppress who you really are. Non controlled, or at least non addictive medications, such as Depakote, Flouvamine, and other mood stabilizers are pretty good for controlling Bi polar. I myself am classified as bi-polar, I go through mania, and depression, in cycles. I am known as a rapid cycler. I suggest limiting the caffeine intake you have as this triggers mania. I also recommend finding a CHRISTIAN counselor who can guide you through these times. You have to come to a point with this disorder though and realize that YOU DO, you really DO have self control and must exercise this. God will never give us more than we can handle, if we rely on HIM
