My cat has been gone for about 10 hours and when she came back she was very skinny and she wouldn't eat anything so i gave her a worm treatment and then a couple hours later she puked.

She might be food poisoned or it can also happen because of indigestion. Take your cat to the vet as soon as possible. She might be allergic to something. Vomiting due to indigestion and food poisoning usually makes the cat go lazy and quiet. Please go to the vet immediately. Also check the website below:

Perhaps she ate a poisoned mouse then vomit ted up the mouse but the poisons may still lie within her dear & a worm treatment on an empty stomach is clearly why she "puked" so take her to a vet a.s.a.p! ♥Nassy
