It probably wouldn't be considered normal, its probably best that you go see a doctor. There's probably nothing wrong as when you first get your period it can be irregular anyway...i used to have mine 3 weeks out of a month but i had been taking malaria tablets so it stuffed my cycle around a bit so maybe there's something your daughter is taking that could be making her period come more frequently. Best idea would be to see a doctor.
