How To Replace Emergency Flasher Switch On A 1995 Chevy Blazer?

Answer Question

1 Answer - Sort by: Date | Rating

According to my service manual, you have to take the stering column apart to remove the whole turn signal/wiper/etc. Assembly, because I need to replace the hazard light switch on my '95 Blazer, and that's what the service manual had said to do.  I looks fairly easy to do, if you go by the pictures in the book, but the people in it are also probably trained mechanics, so they could be making it LOOK easy.  But the part itself brand new is no less than about $120, unless you can find a good one at a junk yard or recycling center.

Hope this helps at least a little bit.
