Do You Think Computers Are Healthy In A Relationship?

Answer Question

3 Answers - Sort by: Date | Rating

I think the general question is this: Does technology dilute, enhance, or not affect a relationship? My answer is yes, to all three. Physical communication may be diminished by the use of email, chatting, etc. However, it allows people who are traditionally more shy to be open in ways they normally wouldn't be otherwise. And finally, it balances itself if used with care to be just another part of any societies' lifestyles.

Now would a computer be a good partner? Maybe if it had some dang good AI, but that isn't around yet.

I feel like it should be an agreement between you both , and not to abuse the computer , by going to sites that would  " hurt your other half .
That is the problem I've seen the most   - So yes and No

If you mean dating over the internet than No. A good relationship would be hanging out and talking face to face instead of waiting for him to send you an e-mail.
