Here is one recipe:
Chocolate Icing
6-8 tbsp. Cocoa powder
2 cup icing sugar
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
1/4 cup melted butter/hard margarine
1/4 cup hot water (approximately)
1. Mix and sift cocoa powder and icing sugar.
2. Add vanilla and melted butter/margarine to mixture.
3. Add water a little bit at a time and stir. Stop when desired consistency is reached.
