I have had A's and A+'s since 7th grade in science and biology, will that help me?

Answers
Good grades in science will certainly help you, though they are interested in the humanities too. Most people do a college course before applying to medical school - there is a book called Medical School Admission Requirements which lists the requirements of most North American med schools, and you can also get some help from this site.
