You need to run or walk for 30mins at frist then start doin push up's then after a week of eatting what you want then keep working out for 30 mins and then start cutting back on food. And tone your body b.c if u lose the weight your body will not look as good. It do not seem like you really need to lose much just take it slow b.c weight do not fall off fast...
