Now you decide to decrease the remuneration of your employees. But you need to convince them to remain loyal to your organization. 1. Well leadership is the only skill you can show in this situation and as a leader you have to make aware of scenario and communicate with them so that they can corporate with you. The lack of proper planning is missing that is why you are suffering from this situation. The lack of forecasting skills has raised this problem and you can also call this as poor planning on behalf of managers.
