A Group Of People That Are Employed By A Company Do Fund Raising Year Round For ACS, Do We Need A Tax Permit For Craft Shows Etc.? Are We To Incorporate For This Permit?

We are ladies who are looking to boost our fundraising beyond the confines of our work place, and are wanting to do the right thing. All of the monies that we generate are turned in to the ACS Every year in August. Our fundraising in-plant is very successful and we are wanting to see if we can do a little more outside of the work place
