Do Dogs Lose Their Hair When They Are In Heat?
My dog has two spots on her back where she has either lost all the hair or is losing her hair. She just went into heat for the first time, and was just wondering if it is related.

It isn't normal to loose hair in the heat. Your dog could be shedding, but I recommend that you take her to the vet, in case she has mange, a disease where your dog looses hair. I hope your dog gets better. :)

Dogs lose their hair in the cold they are like people they bleed they eat and they use the bathroom humans do not lose hair in the heat they lose it when you dont take care of it so that will be the same with dogs and away dogs lose hair every day it is called shading.
