My Cat Hasn't Eaten In 3 Days And Is Drooling Some Thing Smelly. What's Wrong?

Could be a bad tooth causing her pain... If she's an outdoor cat, she may have gotten a hold of a poisoned mouse or something else she shouldn't have.  May not be something you can fix.. If she doesn't start eating soon she'll need to see the vet.

She probably has a condition in her mouth. My Siamese cat recently developed a stomatitis in the back of her mouth with extremely painful open sores. It was too painful to eat and eventually drink. The slimy drool may be from the lesions. It can be treated with antibiotics and a steroid shot. This is just an idea. But it sounds similar to my experience with my cat. They need to see a vet right away. The lack of eating/drinking can harm cat's kidneys. Good luck and let us know how she it.

I agree with the above two answers.  It is either an infection in the mouth or throat or your cat has been poisoned.  You need to see a vet.  Good luck.
