    If I Live In A Place For 10 Years, And Never Had Any Problems With Anyone And Now There Is New Mangers Here And We Got A 60 Days To Move From The Owner With No Of Why We Have To Move Out. Can They Do That?

      If you have a lease that specifies a time the lease expires, the new manager needs to honor that. Since you didn't mention a lease, you may not have a written one, which means in the United States you have what's called a month-to-month lease. In that case, a new landlord only has to give thirty days notice for you to move. There does not have to be a specific reason.
