Who Is Barbara Park?

Barbara Park is a 58-year-old American author. She is best known for her books for children. She was born in the year 1949 and raised in the township of Mount Holly, which is located in the state of New Jersey in the United States of America.

She wrote her first book at the age of thirty in the year 1979. The title of this book is Operation: Dump the Chump. Her father was a merchant and her mother was a secretary by profession.   She attended Rider College between the year 1965 and the year 1967.

She completed her bachelor's degree in science from the University of Alabama in the year 1969 and married Richard A. Park the same year. She lives with her two grown-up sons, Steven and David, in the city of Phoenix, Arizona.
