Your understanding as you see it.

For example if you saw a robbery you would preicve it as a bad situation.
There for your perception of the situation was so.
Perception is just basically your understanding of something the way you indivisually see it.

To perceive is to become aware, to understand. Is it usually related to seeing something or hearing something. Perception is the act of perceiving, but it's a little more than that. To have perception is to be acutely aware, to have insight into a situation, or your surroundings. It's not just seeing something, it's understanding that something completely.

The ability to see that which may not be disclosed or made public. It is  knowing that something is a factor without it being disclosed or discussed.
