The best way to get the most accurate value is to consult a appraiser. However, for a small fee you can find out the market value on E-Bay and yet not sell the card.
The steps would be -
1. List the card on E-Bay with a max price of lets say $10,000. This max reserve price can be hidden from the users. Once the card is up for bidding, you will have bidders come in and bid and counter bid. Toward the close of the action, you will find out the actual worth of the card that someone is willing to pay for. Often times, this value is more than the appraised value of the collectible.
