Such rude people exist. It is wrong of girl to just assume that you are staring at her & extremely unethical to use abusive language at once.
It is good to deal with such people through dialogue till they are using words but when they try to hit you(You should be always ready for that in above mentioned condition), then you should try to be more protective i.e., you should try to stop her attack by hands but avoid hitting her at once coz It might end up in a big row between you & her family too OR between her friends & you OR It can also result in prolonged taunting(physically or mentally) by her friends or family or even police & this can also result in more fights. Not to mention that police thing(They can arrest you for beating kid coz they usually don't look at the situation in such cases).
Ignoring such people might help in some cases but Its always better to remain cool minded & help them to understand you, through dialogue(even when she is rude). In case of her hitting you just try to stop her attack & try not to hit her back coz it can become an even bigger trouble & still talk to her politely. I know its very difficult  to do when someone accuses you wrongly of what you haven't done but GOD BLESS YOU & Help yo in dealing with that girl.

OK its very cool and nice thing to try your force with a little girl i think girls love these kind of fun together like hitting and screaming ooohhhhhhhhhhhh i forget you are aman I am sorry but I am really feeling like reading some stupid things written by a small girl try to watch all very angry to feel great to be so important to take this amount of attention . Sooooooooo i think I am the only that will write a lot of words to you because you are not normal but i need to advice you as awomen not respect things like you you are very far to be man or human you are almost thing    good buy and not blaming any one except yourself because if you have any respect to your self and your human benign you should not write something like that so do not expect from any one to respect you    ..................



try harder to find a value to being alive and still breathing like you can think about good idea to write or answer question to one or try to fiend friends and help them in there problems and share theme in feelings may be you can feel good more than your feeling from make people very angry
