West Palm Beach also known as West Palm, is a city located in Palm Beach County, Florida based in USA. According to the census conducted in the year 2000, the incorporated section of the city had a total population of 82,103.
Nearly most of the urban area is situated towards the west of the city, and comprises of areas like Westgate, Belvedere Estates, Lakeside Green, Century Village, Golden Lakes Estates, Lake Patrick, Bahama Heights and Drexel Park etc. The census report of 2000 also stated that the total area of this region was 150.7 square kilometres out of which 7.9 square kilometres was covered by water.
The average population density of this area was estimated at 574.9 per square kilometre. The city was established in the year 1894 by Henry Flagler.
