    Well, one cannot precisely predict the weather, only making educated guess based on scientific data that is collected by the Meteorological Service of any country which might use satellites etc. But there is simply no such thing as a 'truthful' forecast, because by the time the weather occurs, it may have changed since the forecast was given. But this is the meaning of forecast, they are making presumptions based on their data.

    The Met Office is the most reliable place to get a forecast from, it is the basis of most forecasts for the UK. Their website is highly informative and up to the minute.

    Try using this link to get the forecast that are looking for Met Office

    BBC, Ceefax, ITV etc all use the Met Office, other websites can be used, but they are going to be AS reliable as each other essentially.
