My Left Eye Has Been Twitching For Over Three Weeks Non-Stop....What Can I Do To Stop It?
I Live In California And I've Asked People. I Know If They Had Any Idea's.... Of What I Can Do To Stop My Eye From Twitching. And Yet I Still Have No Answers. So I Hope That I Can Get An Answer Soon! Thank You.

My friend has this condition and she has issues with anxiety. The doctor put her on an anxiety medication but it only helps a little bit. I don't believe they treated her for the right condition. Go to the doctor. Good luck.

A facial twitch is called a 'blepharospasm' and it's an uncontrolled muscle contraction. There are treatments for it, but you need to see a doctor about it to decide which is the best course for you. There is magnesium chloride, as one, but you don't know the dose for it, and the other is 'botox' injections, to induce a localized paralysing of the muscle. So, you should see the doctor about it. I used to get that all the time when I was stressed at work and or sleep deprived. Usually getting more potassium in my diet (i.e. Bananas) helped a great deal. Good luck!

My right eye twitches. I am stressed and overwhelmed at work and i havent had a good night's rest in 1 month.
Do i think it is from all the stress ..yes. I will eat a banana and see what is the outcome. I hear Potassium is good for the eye twitch to stop.

I used to work for a chiropractor and whenever my eye would twitch I would have the doctor give me an adjustment because that makes it stop. If your bones are out of line then it causes nerve problems. . . Such as eye twitching.
