Biloxi is in the Mississippi Gulf Coast and is well known for being the "Playground of the South". This coastal city has it all with long white sanded beaches and a host of casinos.
1 – Treasure Bay Casino
This pirate themed casino has it all with live entertainment and a fantastic arcade. Friendly staff and great value means that families return here year after year.
2 – Ship Island
Ship Island is one of the Mississippi Barrier islands and is great for sea lovers. Soak up some sun and enjoy the beautiful beaches.
3 – J.L. Scott Marine Education Center and Aquarium
This is a fine Aquarium which unfortunately fell fowl to Hurricane Katrina. Once it's back up and running make sure to make a visit. It has cool exhibits and a huge 44k gallon tank. The aquarium also has 47 separate tanks with an amazing range of animals in.
4 – Biloxi Lighthouse
What makes this lighthouse unique is that it's the only one in the world which stands in between four lanes of a road! Don't let that put you off, this is truly a stunning cast iron lighthouse.
5 – Ohr-O'Keefe Museum
Known as the "Mad Potter of Biloxi", George Ohr, creates some fantastic if somewhat strange pottery. Art and pottery lovers will rejoice here.
