    How Do I Get Rid Of My Headache With Reflexology?

    Reflexology is an alternative way of treatment of different diseases including headache. In this technique, different areas of foot, sometimes, hands and ears are pushed, massaged or squeezed to provide relieve. It is believed that Reflexology releases endorphins which is a natural pain killer present in our body.
    There is no scientific data available about the reliability of Reflexology. Medical community does not believe its efficacy.

      To relieve a headache using reflexology, there is a pressure point between your thumb and pointer finger. (Right in the "v" of this area) Take your thumb and pointer from the other hand and press on the top and bottom of this area for approximately 10 secs. Repeat this procedure several times. It is believed that this pressure point relieves headaches.
