Put An Ad In Newspaper, How Much Should I Pay Someone To Clean My House For 4-5 Hours?
I'm not looking for a cleaning service or anything, just a normal person to come in and help me clean and organize my house. But i'm just wondering how much should i pay for about 4-5 hours? House is messy but not a disaster!! Any suggestions?

$10 to $12 an hour is not unreasonable if the person is good at this work, doesn't dawdle, and is fast and efficient.

Depends on the size of the house and exactly what you need done, I would suppose. If your house is anything like my house then it would be a full time job, 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. For a person to try and keep up with our messes. ROFLOL
I would say minimum wage. If they do a great job then tip them if you can afford too. If they are professional then you will probably have to go with their rates, depending on their experience and how well they do. Good luck.

Oh I definitely do not want to go with a professional service, i dont have the money for that, I just need someone to help me organize this place I call a house!! Once I get it organized it will be alot easier to keep it that way. I have 4 kids plus me all in a 2 bedroom house so I need to have organization so that we have room!!
